Misty Meadows - A sold-out 35 lot subdivision started in 1988 located off Jonathan Creek Road in Waynesville, NC.
Woodstream - A sold-out 17 lot mountainside subdivision started in 1990 located off US 23-74 at Balsam, NC
Fox Run Meadows - A 32 Lot Subdivision located off Jonathan Creek Road in Waynesville, NC, with city water, city sewer, and paved streets. Several lots remain.
