It's all your fault! When my neighbor's gather around the dinner table and begin swapping construction horror stories, I have to sit quietly in the background trying to keep the smug expression off my face. I don't have a single tale to tell! No leaky roofs, no cracked foundation.......all my walls are plumb and true. In fact, the fellow who installed my kitchen cabinets said that mine was the first home he had worked on in eleven years that had all the walls plumb and true. He was so impressed that he was going to write you a letter! I have no complaints about the subcontractors, your framing crew, or anyone who worked on my four bedroom, four bath home. Your firm did a terrific job!
The architectural revisions, woodworking, and trim detail work done by Marvin were excellent. Wylma gave me some good advice on cabinets. Becky was always available in the office to answer questions, and even act as a "gopher" to pick up plumbing and lighting fixtures in Waynesville and Asheville. I was especially thankful for Ron's patience with all my calls and questions. Not once did he make me feel like I was a pest or a nuisance for calling him both at home and at the office with various construction questions.
But the thing I am most pleased about is the overall quality of the materials, construction, and attention to details. I would highly recommend, without any reservations, the quality and craftsmanship of your entire firm. I sit on porch, gazing out at mountains, with a cool breeze blowing through the evergreens......and wonder how I was so fortunate to build a home from three states away with no problems, delays, or any of the disasters that my neighbors and friends have all experienced. I guess I just picked the right people to build my dream home! Thanks for all you have done for me!

We wanted to let you know how much we like our new home at 130 White Water Drive in Maggie Valley. We certainly choose the best builder and greatly appreciate you fine work and integerity. It has been a real pleasure working with you through the whole process. We aprrectiate your many suggestions alon the way. Thanks for being there for us and helping us realize and accomplish a long awaited dream to have a beautiful home in the mountains of N.C. and on a bold and rushing creek. It is truly "Peace in the Valley". When we get to spend more time there, we know we will be "Free at Last." Take care and thank all of your family for their many contributions as well.

Dear Ron,
Sandy and I have now been in our new home here in Maggie Valley for over a month. I wanted to be in it awhile before I wrote this letter, so I could discover all the little problems which are usually inherent in any new home. However, try as I may, I can find none!
As you know, Sandy has been in real estate for over 20 years and has been in hundreds of new houses, and I have some little knowledge of construction myself. To be able to occupy a new house and not have a “punch list” of problems needing remedy is unheard of in our experience. Not having to deal with such problems has added immensely to the enjoyment of moving into our new home in Maggie.
I should have expected no less, however, as from the beginning, we have had nothing but a positive working relationship. From lot preparation, to house design, to the many construction details that occurred, your and Marvin’s knowledge and guidance was invaluable. Without it, we would have had made numerous regrettable mistakes. You both are truly professionals in your trade, in every sense of the word.
We have had many friends and relatives visit us during this short period and all have been most complimentary of both the house design and quality of construction. It is a pleasure to tell them of “my builder”, and I would be pleased to tell anyone else you may refer to me.
Ron, your and Marvin’s efforts have added greatly to our pleasure and enjoyment of moving to Maggie and our part-time home. Sandy and I thank you.

What a profound pleasure it was to have dealt with a firm that does what they say…when they say they will do it…and for what they said they would charge! You never will know how fortunate we were to have you fine people build our house in Maggie Valley, NC.
You guys have the finest reputation from all your sub-contractors and Haywood County Inspection Department. I’m sure this comes from treating people right for a fair price and quality construction. Rest assured the Wades are very, very satisfied with our new house and we would ONLY recommend you and your people to our friends.
If you remember, we did not have one cross word or disagreement during the entire process. Today I understand from some of my friends that this is very rare.
You folks have a key to our house and rest assured we do not mind you taking prospective clients through our house and be sure to put us on your list for recommendations.
